Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell WREATH!

Decorating for the holidays on a budget?  Not a problem.  I made this jingle bell wreath for a grand total of $2.  The bells came from Dollar Tree.  I strung them on a wire coat hanger, tied a bow, and voila!  Mailbox decor! It took about 5 minutes.  The hardest part was straightening out the hanger!
